The high-performance SUV even goes one better in terms of performance: the Grandland GSe bundles the power from a turbocharged gasoline engine with a displacement of 1.6 liters and 147 kW/200 hp as well as two electric motors - one on each axle. The electric motor on the front axle delivers up to 81.2 kW/110 hp, the one on the rear axle up to 83 kW/113 hp. This results in a system output of up to 221 kW/300 hp. The plug-in hybrid drive turns the Grandland GSe into a powerful sports car with permanent electric all-wheel drive including excellent traction and ensures best-in-class acceleration from a standstill. For example, the GSe sprints from zero to 100 km/h in just 6.1 seconds and - like the Astra GSe - also reaches a top speed of 235 km/h. With its 14.6 kWh lithium-ion battery, the Grandland GSe covers up to 63 kilometers with zero local emissions according to WLTP2.
