In the interior, the fabric seat covers are made of a new material that ensures even better grip in the seat during dynamic driving. Other improvements in the interior include a frameless rearview mirror, the new generation Mazda Connect Infotainment with an 8.8-inch touchscreen multimedia display, an enhanced combination instrument, and two USB-C ports. Smartphones with Apple CarPlay® and now also Android Auto™ can be used wirelessly in the Mazda MX-5.
