The Hilux 48-Volt-Mild-Hybrid is equipped with the latest Toyota Safety Sense technologies that protect the driver and other road users from a variety of potential hazards. The enhanced Pre-Collision System (PCS) can better detect pedestrians at night, cyclists during the day, and oncoming vehicles or pedestrians when turning at intersections. If such hazards are detected, the system issues an audible and visual warning before initiating an appropriate braking action if necessary. The Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Road Sign Assist (RSA) allows for quick adjustment of speed to the current speed limit. Before highway curves, the vehicle automatically slows down to an appropriate speed. During night drives, Adaptive High Beam (AHB) eliminates the need for manual switching between high and low beams. This maximizes the use of high beams without dazzling other road users.
