Switzerland and Germany take silver and bronze at King of the Court Finals 2022

For the second time in a row, the King of the Court Finals took place in the Aspire Zone in Doha, Qatar. From January 11-14, 2023, the best beach volleyball players competed for the title of Queen and King of the Court. The reigning European Champions David Åhman & Jonatan Hellvig from Sweden won the men's final with their unique "jump set" style of play. In the women's final Brecht Piersma & Wies Bekhuis from the Netherlands got their first win in a King of the Court tournament. Anouk Vergé-Dépré and partner Menia Bentele from Switzerland won silver. The German duo of Schneider & Sude secured a commanding third place with the longest stay on the Queens side (9 points).
