A 13-year-old boy drowned in the Elbe in Hamburg on Sunday evening. He jumped into the river at Teufelsbrück Pier, but apparently couldn't swim. Emergency doctor and paramedic fought in vain for the life of the 13-year-old, but he died in hospital
