Neuer fuss: Nagelsmann "wouldn't have done this interview"

First league win in 2023 - and yet it's (almost) all about one topic: Manuel Neuer is heavily criticized after his all-round attack on FC Bayern in an interview with the Süddeutsche Zeitung. After clear words from sports director Hassan Salihamidzic and board boss Oliver Kahn, coach Julian Nagelsmann can't quite understand his captain's statements either. He "wouldn't have done the interview," Nagelsmann said after the 4-2 (3-1) win in Wolfsburg. However, the coach is not yet thinking about the question of the captain in the summer.
