After the crash of a passenger plane on Sunday in Nepal, rescue workers have so far recovered 15 bodies - including a woman and a man from Hesse. The German embassy in Kathmandu confirmed that, according to the passenger list, there were a total of 22 people on board the Twin Otter aircraft. Due to bad weather, the salvage work is difficult. A member of the rescue team on site at around 4000 meters said that the chance of finding survivors was low. In 2016, a Tara Air Twin Otter crashed en route from Pokhara to Jomsom. The investigative report on this accident warned, among other things, that pilots are only allowed to fly when there is a clear view. #plane crash #Himalayan #TaraAir
