With the first BMW M3 Touring, the typical M combination of dynamics, agility and precision is implemented with unrestricted suitability for everyday use and long-distance journeys in a particularly consistent manner. An extravagant exterior design clearly accentuates the individual vehicle concept. It ensures a clear differentiation within the series and a dynamic appearance that is unique in the competitive environment. Clearly designed surfaces and athletic shapes signal the outstanding performance potential of the BMW M3 Touring, as do the M-specific design features, which are consistently geared towards the functional requirements in terms of cooling air flow and aerodynamic balance. These include, above all, the vertically aligned, frameless BMW kidney grille, the large side air intakes, the powerfully modeled wheel arches and the wide side skirts, which together with the front and rear apron attachments form a band that runs around the entire vehicle and is finished in high-gloss black.
