Genesis GV60 in Londion

Quelle: AUTOMOTOTV (Glomex)

Genesis raises the bar on interior comfort with its first all-electric model, the GV60, thanks to proprietary NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) technologies to reduce noise and vibration. Electric cars offer the advantage of an almost noiseless drive. As a result, however, other noises in the interior gain in importance, in particular tire noise, wind noise and vibrations. The engineers of the Korean premium brand were able to mitigate this phenomenon through the development and extensive testing of NVH technologies and significantly improve the quality of the driving experience for all occupants. This brings interior comfort and quietness to a new level in the GV60. By analyzing wind noise at high speeds on German autobahns, further potential for noise reduction was identified. This includes the aerodynamic optimization of the exterior mirrors and the A-pillar trim to reduce air turbulence and turbulence. The insulation of door and window seals has been improved and the distinctive rear spoiler has been redesigned to optimize airflow and thus reduce wind noise
