Bugatti Centodieci - Inspired by the legendary EB110 Supersport

As production of the Bugatti Centodieci continues to progress, the recently completed example illustrates more than ever the influence of the legendary EB110 Supersport on the design development of its successor. A meeting of two very special automobiles: the Centodieci and EB110 Supersport. Romano Artioli designed and produced the EB110 Supersport in the 1980s and 1990s. A lighter, more powerful version of the EB110 GT, with modified styling and a fixed rear wing for added downforce, it was considered the quintessential supercar. In developing the new Centodieci hypercar, the Bugatti design team drew inspiration from the EB110 and its derivatives.
