The new Lexus RX - Lexus Dynamic Handling

Quelle: AUTOMOTOTV (Glomex)

The RX 500h F SPORT features the Lexus Dynamic Handling System: based on road speed, actual steering angle and steering wheel angle, the system calculates the optimal position of each wheel. The maximum steering angle of the rear wheels has been increased to four degrees to improve maneuverability at low speeds and maintain stability at higher speeds. At low and medium speeds, the rear wheels are turned in the opposite direction to the front wheels, while at high speeds they move in unison with the front axle. The DRS angle is optimally controlled by the integrated Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management (VDIM) system.
