The Ferrari six-cylinder biturbo, which debuted in the 296 GTB, produces an even more exhilarating sound in this new application and achieves class-leading performance. The engine retains its innovative 120-degree V6 architecture and the hot-V configuration, with the turbos positioned in the middle of the V profile. The focus of the development work was on increasing torque and power, as well as on new weight-saving solutions.
