New hybrid 155: the best of Dacia hybrid technology for Sandero Stepway The new hybrid 155, introduced for the first time in the Bigster, will also be offered for the Sandero Stepway in the near future, giving it an electrified drive for the first time. The hybrid 155 combines a 109 hp 1.8-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine, two electric motors (a 50 hp motor and a high-voltage starter/generator), a 1.4 kWh battery (230 V), and an automatic electric transmission with four gears for the combustion engine and two additional gears for the electric drive. This combined technology is made possible by the elimination of a clutch. The powerful new powertrain (155 hp, 170 Nm of torque) and high-performance automatic transmission offer exceptional everyday drivability and significantly reduce emissions and fuel consumption compared to previous powertrains.
