The Public Space Service Nuremberg has now completed the renovation work at the Central Bus Station. As part of the measures, a continuous roof was built in the western stop area, protecting against wind and rain and clearly structuring the public space. Three transparent windbreak walls provide additional comfort. In the passage area, a shielded waiting area with another 18 seating options was created. At the eastern platforms on Käte-Strobel-Straße, four new benches with intermediate armrests and windbreak walls were installed. The two-month renovation phase cost a total of 440,000 euros. The city aims to increase the quality of stay at the ZOB.
