The project is led by UE Studios in Gaimersheim, a company for design and engineering services. The vehicle is expected to be operational between Bad Gögging and Neustadt an der Donau in the district of Kelheim in 2026. Initially, it can accommodate six passengers, and there is also an operator on board who monitors the system and traffic. The project is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
