Lobmeyr Glass and Light find their home all over the world, and have been doing so since 1823. The over 200-year history is a good time to highlight some of these places, be it the chandeliers at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, Lobmeyr exhibits at the V&A Museum in London, the glass in fine restaurants, or some of the worldwide dealers. Lobmeyr crystal is mouth-blown and often then cut, polished, or engraved. Before being sold, a Lobmeyr glass passes through at least 24 hands and four quality controls, the last one always by a family member. Lobmeyr lighting designs reflect centuries of European art history. Their production requires traditional techniques of the highest craftsmanship and greatest skill. Their timeless beauty remains alive even after decades - quality never goes out of style!
