The Oktoberfest 2025 lasts a total of 16 days: It starts on September 20 and ends on October 5, 2025. On the first Saturday, people storm the beer tents as early as nine in the morning to witness the tapping at 12 o'clock with Lord Mayor Dieter Reiter. This year, there are 468 businesses, 238 fairground rides, and 170 market traders at the Wiesn - more than half of them now also offer card payments. The Oide Wiesn is also open this year. The Wiesn is being celebrated for the 190th time.
