Fiery Pumpkin Pesto with Parmesan: Quick and Easy

We celebrate the autumn season in Franconia this time with a homemade pumpkin pesto. It's quite simple because today the food processor does most of the work for us. The baked pumpkin gets a fiery touch from the chili and harmonizes perfectly with the freshly grated Parmesan. All mixed together, it makes the perfect autumn meal, whether as a sauce for pasta or directly on bread. We show you in the video how it's done.
