Media: Indications of Russian responsibility for Havana Syndrome

According to media reports, Russian secret services could be behind the mysterious health problems of numerous US diplomats known as Havana Syndrome. On Monday, journalists from the magazine "Der Spiegel" reported on corresponding indications following joint research with colleagues from the US news magazine "60 Minutes" (CBS) and the Russian portal "The Insider". In 2022, US experts had already published a report according to which pulsed electromagnetic energy and ultrasound emitted from a short distance could have caused the symptoms in question. In March 2023, the Intelligence Committee concluded that it was unlikely that a foreign adversary was responsible for Havana syndrome.
