With one click to the doctor: The video consultation is booming

More and more people in Germany are using video consultations with their doctor. They consult with a physician via their mobile phone or computer. In total, there were 711,000 such appointments in 2024, about 23 percent more than the previous year. There are hardly any technical barriers.
