Capucine Delannoy (FRA) is crowned Kite-Surf World Champion at the GKA Kite-Surf World Cup Dakhla

In the women's final, Capucine Delannoy (FRA) faced Kesiane Rodrigues (BRA). Rodrigues had a slow start with four waves that brought in few points, but she caught up towards the end and scored a total of 13.84 points. The reigning world champion and current overall leader Delannoy from France, however, was unstoppable - her two best waves each scored over 8 points, giving her a total of 16.37 points. Capucine Delannoy not only won the Dakhla World Cup, but also defended her Kite-Surf World Champion title! In the mini-final, Brazilian Serena Luz managed to defeat Astrid Cheylus from France and secure the 3rd place.
