Athletes secure spots in Tow-In Super-Final of Freestyle Pro Tour on Naxos

the third day of the Freestyle Pro Tour 2025 in Naxos, Greece brought only light winds, so the Tow-In Final was held. Three men and three women fought for a coveted spot in the Super-Final. Maaike Huvermann once again proved why she is the rider to beat, smoothly landing an Air Funnel and a Burner out of the wave, securing first place and securing her spot in the Super Final on Tuesday. Close behind was Lisa Kloster, who showed a clean Funnel and even attempted a Double Pop in her second run, almost completing the two full rotations before stumbling halfway. Nevertheless, it was enough for second place. Ziva Batis landed in third place, a newcomer in the Tow-In discipline, impressing with her composure and consistency, landing two perfect Funnels before attempting a Spock to end her session.
