A forest owner and forester is suing the levy for water maintenance. The forest owner critically views that the fee collection is based solely on the area scale. That means: there is the indiscriminate assessment of foresters along with farmers and other property users such as business owners. So, all property owners who pay property tax. The lawsuit is directed against this and against a lack of cost-benefit analysis.
