Forester forces dismantling of road - Road construction office encroaches on private forest land

A forester and the road construction authority are in dispute over the dismantling of a municipal road. This road partially runs over the forester's land. Surveys revealed that the municipal road partly extended about 80 cm onto the forester's property. The road construction office dismantled part of the road. However, parts of the road still crossed the forest land. The road construction authority refused to dismantle these parts. This led to several legal proceedings.
