The owners of two plots of land should actually separate their houses with a fire wall according to building regulations. One owner has done this. The other has not. The owners then argue about the subsequent construction of the fire wall. However, two courts rule against the plaintiff who demands compliance with the building regulations for safety reasons. The matter ends up in the Federal Court of Justice - and it decides quite fundamentally.
