Farmer must tolerate road construction - over his farmland: Municipality wins in court

A farmer sues against the results of a land consolidation procedure. It mainly concerns a right of way over his land. But also about compensation (with other land) through the land consolidation plan. After lengthy legal disputes, a court ruled that the farmer must tolerate the road over his fields, also to develop a municipal land pool. The court thus confirms the municipality's right of way.
