Forester builds wood store - with roof: Building authority enforces demolition of the wood store

A forester builds a wood store on a property. This includes a roof for sheltering various machines and equipment. Additionally, a fence was built around the wood store. The property is located in the open countryside. During a building inspection, the building authority found that no building permit had been obtained for the wood store. The forester was asked to immediately remove the structures. The forester did not agree with this. Now a court had to examine whether everything had to be demolished again. And whether the forester is even a forester (privileged).
