Farmer builds tall fence - around fruit trees and grassland: Court orders fence to be torn down again

A farmer is renewing a fence around his orchard and pasture land. The previous approved fence is very old, dating back to the 1950s. However, for a new fence construction, the farmer needs a building permit. The renewed fence is also not protected by existing rights. However, the farmer has built the fence longer and taller than before. The district office demanded the demolition of the unauthorized fence. The farmer is taking the case to court.
