Friedrich Merz has been elected as Chancellor. The CDU has presented its list of ministers. Johann Wadephul will be Foreign Minister, Katherina Reiche will take over the economic department. Karsten Wildberger will be Minister of Digital Affairs. Nina Warken is Minister of Health and Patrick Schnieder will be Minister of Transport. Karin Prien will take care of Education and Family. Thorsten Frei will be Chief of the Chancellery. Wolfram Weimer is designated as Minister of Culture. The presentation took place in Berlin.
