Poland closing Russian consulate in Krakow over arson attack: foreign minister

Poland's Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski says the decision has been taken to close Russia's consulate in Krakow, saying that Polish security services had "proof that they were behind an act of arson". Speaking upon arrival to talks on Ukraine with the Weimar Group at Lancaster House in London, Sikorski says the fire was at a shopping mall in Warsaw "in which by sheer luck nobody was hurt."
