After disaster at launch: North Korea re-dedicates capsized destroyer

North Korea claims to have repaired and relaunched its second destroyer. Dictator Kim Jong Un observed the ceremony in the city of Rasŏn with his daughter and announced more ships of the same class. The 5,000-ton warship capsized at the end of May during the launch. Kim had referred to it as a disgrace.
