Mountaineers at the G1/G2 Base Camp in the Karakoram Range near the Pakistan-China border captured the terrifying moment a massive avalanche thundered down the mountain. The wall of snow rushed toward the camp like a roaring white cloud, sending climbers fleeing for safety. The footage posted online in early October has since gone viral.
