Elephant enforces parking rules – by tearing off car's roof rack

A driver who parked in a blind curve in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, got a surprising visit from nature's strictest parking officer – an angry elephant. Footage from October 28 captured the irritated jumbo ripping off the car's roof rack and pushed the vehicle around as stunned locals watched from a safe distance.
