Steinmeier at the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum

In the presence of Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, the Grand Egyptian Museum has been opened outside the capital Cairo. The construction in Giza took about 20 years and cost more than one billion euros. In the future, 100,000 historical artifacts will be housed here.
