For the third time, the Hamburg Week of Press Freedom takes place. According to "Reporters Without Borders," press freedom is currently at a historic low – in many countries, journalists cannot report freely or are even persecuted. The Hamburg Foundation for Politically Persecuted offers refuge for some journalists from abroad.
