Illinois city opens 128-year-old time capsule

A time capsule found in Peoria City Hall in Illinois was opened on November 2. Originally placed inside the building's cornerstone in 1897, the box contained a collection of artifacts providing a look into daily life during that time period. The collection is now available for public viewing in the city hall.
