Good Samaritan gives pursuing officer a ride to catch shoplifter in Louisiana

Sergeant Jeff Kahrs was left with no options after 34-year-old Kelsey Baird suddenly ran while being questioned on suspicion of shoplifting in Slidell, Louisiana on November 1. Luckily, a good Samaritan in her car who witnessed Baird escape offered to bring the officer aboard and chase her.
