Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum welcomes Emmanuel Macron at the National Palace in Mexico City as the French President is on a state visit. According to the Elysee, the two leaders are expected to discuss "the deepening of economic exchanges, the strengthening of cultural, university, scientific and academic cooperation" as well as "collaboration in addressing major global challenges".
