UK defence minister warns Putin over Russian spy ship

Britain's defence minister John Healey says a Russian intelligence ship, currently stationed in UK waters, used lasers against British pilots. Speaking at a press conference at Downing Street, Healey speaks directly to the Russian state, saying "So my message to Russia and to Putin is this - we see you, we know what you're doing - and if the Yantar travels south this week, we are ready".
