In Schleswig-Holstein, the potato harvest was so good this year that some farmers are struggling to sell their potatoes. Gut Wulksfelde near Hamburg is facing the same issue. They have launched a potato-saving campaign, planning to donate a total of 160 tons of organic potatoes to the Hamburg Food Bank.
