Brutal Robbery: 13-Year-Old Arrested

Two 13-year-olds rob a kiosk and seriously injure the owner. They cut off his thumb with a machete during the robbery after attacking him with pepper spray. The kiosk owner, who is well-known in the neighborhood, is in the hospital with serious injuries. The brutality of the robbery even shocks experienced investigators, as the perpetrators are not criminally responsible due to their age. The youth welfare office has been involved, but no further consequences are expected for the children.
