EU chief Ursula von der Leyen says lawmakers and European member states have agreed a deal to ban all imports of Russian gas into the European Union by autumn 2027. "We're turning that page, and we're turning it for good" says Ursula von der Leyen, EU Commission president. SOUNDBITE
