Thai skydivers smash world record with giant flag over Pattaya beach

A team of skydivers has broken the world record for the largest flag flown during a jump. The daredevils unfurled a nearly 4,300-square-foot Thai flag over the beach in Pattaya on October 7. Led by Tanaboworn “Super Toom” Sirikunakornkun, the team beat the previous US record of 3,200 square feet – and now plans to go even bigger with a 4,822-square-foot flag on December 5.
