Aerial footage shows record tides flooding a California neighborhood

Unusually high tides flooded parts of Marin County, California, on Tuesday. Streets, gardens and boats disappeared under the water, and one driver had to be rescued by a firefighter. The weather service warned of further flooding around San Francisco Bay through Friday.
