President Donald Trump spoke on his recent proposal to pay all US adult citizens $5,000 if Republicans keep control of Congress at a rally in Corpus Christi, Texas on October 27. He joked that adults who received the payment would be guests at the Mar-a-Lago, but that 'For $5,000, the most you'll be able to buy is a hamburger and maybe a small dessert'.
