Julia Nawalnaja honored with German Freedom Prize

The "Freedom Prize of the Media" was awarded this year to Julia Nawalnaja and posthumously to her husband, Kremlin critic Alexei Nawalny, at the Ludwig Erhard Summit at Tegernsee. The jury cited Navalnaya as the leader of the democratic awakening in Russia following the death of the opposition figure.
