The trial against Sean "Diddy" Combs for sex trafficking continued with former employee Capricorn Clark's testimony. Clark claimed that Combs had repeatedly threatened her, once forcing her to accompany him to rapper Kid Cudi's house, saying he wanted to "kill" him. Clark, who had worked for Combs since 2004 with interruptions, testified that he had threatened to kill her once because she had previously worked for his rival Suge Knight. She also recalled undergoing five days of lie detector tests about missing jewelry and claimed she was threatened to be dumped in the East River if she failed. She claimed Combs became violent in 2006, pushing her, leading her to quit but later return. In December 2011, Clark said Combs showed up armed and angry at her home after learning Ventura was with Kid Cudi. She testified that Combs abducted her at gunpoint and took her to Kid Cudi's house, but he wasn't there. Combs then forced her to call Ventura and threatened not to let Clark go if she didn't come to the house. Ventura was allegedly beaten by Combs that night, and he told both women not to call the police. Clark was fired in 2012 and later received a settlement for wrongful termination. In 2016, she returned as Ventura's creative director as she had difficulty finding other work. During cross-examination, Diddy's lawyer pointed out that Clark had worked for him repeatedly and allegedly expressed interest in becoming his chief of staff only in 2024. The defense also denied the abduction, claiming Clark said she left voluntarily to prevent Combs from doing "something stupid." Clark denied this. Cudi recently testified that Combs broke into his house in 2011. Weeks later, his car was set on fire with a Molotov cocktail, which he suspects was done by Combs, who denies it.
