The judge in the trial against Sean 'Diddy' Combs for sex trafficking and organized crime warned him that he could be removed from the courtroom after he nodded to the jurors during the witness testimony. Judge Arun Subramanian said he saw Combs 'vigorously nodding' during the cross-examination of Bryana Bongolan, a former girlfriend of his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. The judge warned Combs' lawyers that any further interaction with the jurors could lead to his exclusion. They assured the court that this would not happen again. A woman testifying under the pseudonym 'Jane' then described her relationship with Combs, whom she met in 2020 and quickly fell 'head over heels' in love with. She claimed that Combs, under the influence of drugs, forced her into 'crazy' sex sessions with other men. Jane claimed that during a session, Combs said, 'I can make this fantasy come true.' Jane said that Combs administered drugs to her during sex, giving her a 'relaxed, euphoric, and sexual feeling,' but she had only taken drugs twice before meeting him. At the end of 2021, Jane said she had informed Combs both in writing and orally that she no longer wanted to have sex with other men. Jane testified that she felt obligated to comply because Combs controlled aspects of her life, such as paying her rent. She is expected to continue testifying. She stated that the 'hotel nights' followed a specific pattern, with red light, baby oil-covered sheets, and Combs as the director of the sexual acts, which could last more than 24 hours. Jane's account reflects earlier statements by Ventura, who claimed years of abuse and forced participation in freak-offs during her relationship with Combs (2007-2018). Combs' lawyers have described the encounters as consensual. He was arrested in 2024 and now faces charges including sex trafficking, conspiracy to commit prostitution, and prostitution-related offenses.
