Taylor Swift has obtained a restraining order against Brian Jason Wagner, a 45-year-old man from Colorado, after he repeatedly visited her home in Los Angeles and made disturbing claims. Wagner allegedly claimed he lived on her property, was in a relationship with her, and she was the mother of his son - claims that Swift categorically denied as false and delusional. The court order issued by Judge Debra R. Archuleta requires Wagner to stay at least 90 meters away from the singer. Swift revealed that Wagner first showed up at her home in July 2024 and later returned with a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon. He also allegedly obtained an ID linking his name to her address and attempted to collect her mail. Wagner visited the property twice last May, further heightening Swift's concerns for her safety. A background check revealed that Wagner's obsession stems from his time in prison, where he sent lengthy messages claiming a romantic relationship. The restraining order remains in effect until June 30.
