Hotel Schani Naschmarkt opens - Viennese Art Nouveau meets Miami flair

Since October 16, Vienna has a new hotel on the Linken Wienzeile: Hotel Schani Naschmarkt is open. It is the sixth property of the Viennese hotelier family Komarek and has nine floors and 90 rooms. At the bottom, the lobby pays homage to Otto Wagner, Josef Hoffmann, and Joseph Maria Olbrich. At the top, the Rooftop Bar "Vieami" entices with Art Deco flair, pastel colors, and a view over the city. Two flamingos named Gustav and Emilie watch over the roof. A digital avatar speaking 30 languages assists with check-in. CEO and co-founder Benedikt Komarek emphasizes: "We are not an automated hotel." Numerous guests from business, society, and culture celebrated the harmonious opening, concluding with a living room concert by Trashbox with Juliette Komarek.
